Sessions are fully private with female lifeguards present at all times.

Swimming will be held at the University of Regina, CKHS pool every Saturday from 6:30-7:30pm. Swipe to see the full schedule!

The URMSA and Islamic Relief are excited to announce the Trails of Mercy: Hike for Sudan! 🇸🇩🌿

Join us on May 23rd for a beautiful hike with great company, for a good cause.

We will meet at Tim Hortons, brothers and sisters at their respective times, before heading to Wascana Trails! Please note transportation will not be provided.
